The Triplett Model TT-320 8-Piece Quick Change Ratchet Crimper has 7 interchangeable die heads for the most commonly used insulated and non-insulated terminals typically used in electrical, electronic, and automotive applications. The 4140 forged steel die heads with zinc phosphate surface treatment can be used for Insulated Terminals: AWG 22-18/16-14/12-10 (0.5-1.0/1.5-2.5/4.0-6.0 mm2); Non-Insulated Terminals: AWG 20-18/16-14/12-10/8 (1.5/2.5/6.0/10 mm2); Open Barrel Terminals: AWG 20-18/16-14/12-10 (0.5-1.0/1.5-2.5/4.0-6.0 mm2); Cord End Terminals: AWG 22/20/18/16/14/12 (0.5/0.75/1.0/1.5/2.5/4.0 mm2); Cord End Terminals: AWG 10/8/6 (6.0/10/16 mm2); Open Barrel Terminals & D-SUB, V.35: AWG 14/22/8-6 (2.5/0.5/8.0-10 mm2); BNC RG58, RG59, RG62, RG6: .255/.213/.100/.068/.324″ (6.48/5.41/2.54/1.72/8.23mm). Additional features include a Carbon Steel Crimper Body with Polypropylene (PP) and Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) Handles.
